Job Details
Flexible hours per week Monday to Friday - Term Time only
We have an exciting position as ILS Pathway. In your role as a member of the ILS learning support staff team you will be responsible for;
- Supporting students in the Pathway in an educational environment under the guidance of the teaching staff
- Monitoring, assessing and recording students’ progress through effective target setting and ensuring that students are able to access the curriculum effectively.
- Delivering all aspects of personal care to individual students.
The successful candidate will have level 2 numeracy and literacy, or demonstration via an online assessment that you are operating at level 2 in both subjects, a recognised qualification in Care and/or Supporting Teaching and Learning in classroom, or willingness to achieve relevant units within 3 months.
