Neighbourhood Services Manager


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to take forward our Housing and related services in one of Sandwell’s six towns. You will lead a busy team of officers who work on the housing front line, delivering not only tenancy management services but who also contribute to a range of other services including Safeguarding, Anti-social Behaviour, Income Management and Community Involvement.


The Neighbourhood Services Manager is a key stakeholder in terms of the development of local Neighbourhood services, and thus your ability to work in partnership with others is crucial. You will also play a leading role in supporting local Members to deliver their priorities and respond to their enquiries.


We would like to hear from applicants who can demonstrate the following:
• Experience of housing management
• Experience of leading front-line services
• A strong customer focus
• Ability to work in a busy and continuously changing environment
• A strong desire to continuously improve services

37 hours per week
