Job Details
Warwickshire is currently undertaking an exciting period of transformation. Technology is central to this and we have recently implemented a new social care system which is central to transforming the way we support vulnerable people.
The Care Systems Team provide the business facing support for Social Care systems, primarily Mosaic, and are fundamental in supporting Social Care change by making the systems the best they can be.
The Role
An opportunity has risen for a team leader to manage our Care Systems Service Desk. This role manages and ensures the availability of a critical internal customer support service helping Social Care practitioners get the most out of the systems they use.
We are looking for someone to continue embedding the good practice that has been implemented within the team and to enable continuous improvement.
37.0 Hours per Week
Key Requirements
We are looking for someone with great people leadership and management skills and someone who is well organised and customer focused. While an understanding of Social Care or Business Systems administration would be an advantage, these are areas where we can support development.
