Project Lead Assessor
Breaking Silence aims to reduce the stigma of self-harm for YP/families and professionals through the delivery of awareness and early identification interventions.
The successful candidate will provide and promote a preventative and early intervention approach around the issues of self-harm for CYP aged 7 – 18 years living in the Sandwell Borough. You will be experienced in undertaking initial assessments, allocations, completing file audits, collating evidence of impact and preparing grant reports for this service.
You will work with CYP to develop and design marketing and promotional material and resources and actively involve CYP in service reviews
You will also undertake the delivery of workshops and presentations to a range of external agencies, including parents and carers
