Hours: 37.0 Hours per Week

We are looking for Social Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about changing lives through the promotion of independence and wellbeing for adults who have physical disabilities or learning disabilities and their carers.

As a social worker in Solihull you will benefit from manageable caseloads, an inclusive and supportive team culture and great scope for professional development.

You will have:

  • A professional Social Work qualification (Please note that unfortunately for this post we are unable to consider applications form people undergoing training or who have yet to complete ASYE)
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience of delivering person centred-working
  • Experience of assessment, the development and planning of care and of risk management.
  • Collaborative working to build effective working relationships
  • Sound knowledge of safeguarding principles and relevant legislation.
