Anti-Social Behaviour Officer Job Ref: WH18 758 Fixed Term up until 31 March 2020
37 hours per week
Salary Scale: SO1 - (£26,470 - £28,221 per annum)
Essential User Car Allowance
Are you someone who is inspired, motivated and looking to make their mark? We are seeking people who are able to bring energy, enthusiasm and plenty of ideas to work with us in tackling anti-social behaviour.
You will be part of a specialist ASB team, reporting to an ASB Team Leader managing an ASB caseload, working in partnership with other agencies. You will assist in providing an effective service that prevents and addresses ASB. A key emphasis is on modifying perpetrators’ behaviour and supporting victims. You will also contribute to any enforcement action that is necessary.
The successful candidates must:
- Be committed to the values of Wolverhampton Homes - working together, open to new ideas, respecting differences and delivering on our promises.
- Have a sound knowledge of current anti-social behaviour legislation and best practice.
- Have experience of case management, investigations and multi-agency working.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with difficult situations.
