We are looking for an inspirational and highly motivated Deputy Headteacher who will work with the Headteacher and staff to build on the school’s existing successes and take the school to the next level of achievement. Working closely with the Headteacher, the successful candidate will have high expectations and the knowledge, experience and interpersonal skills to drive sustained improvement throughout the school.  

The successful applicant will:

  • have the personality, drive and ambition to inspire both staff and pupils
  • be passionate about ensuring all staff are motivated to work effectively with pupils to achieve their personal best

  • have school leadership experience and be able to demonstrate having supported whole school improvement;

Shortlisting with take place on Thursday 31st January 2019.  Shortlisted candidates will be observed teaching in their school setting week beginning 4th February 2019.
