37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Term time only)

An exciting opportunity exists for a Learning Mentor to join Rivers Primary Academy, a successful rapidly improving, academy in Walsall, judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted in June 2015. Rivers Primary Academy is part of the Windsor Academy Trust 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and innovative person, who is able to empathise with and motivate young people to be their best. 

The role involves supporting with the creation of individual behaviour, support and medical plans.  You will set up lunch clubs and develop a playground buddy system.  You will support the Lunchtime staff with any significant behaviour problems and you will support the behaviour lead to deliver our effective whole school positive reward programme.
