The Directors of St. Bartholomew’s CE Multi-Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic Headteacher who will lead Woodfield Infant School on to the next stage of its development at this very exciting time.
The Headteacher will work with the Executive Headteacher and school leaders, staff, governors, parents and children to bring about innovation and improvement across the school so that all children thrive and make accelerated progress.
You will join a child-centred and ambitious team who are committed to the highest standards being achieved by all individuals within our school.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful primary school leadership.
We are looking for an outstanding leader with:
- Head Teacher, DHT or AHT experience;
- a proven track record of successful teaching and leadership;
- the proven ability to ensure that standards of teaching and learning are consistently good;
- high expectations for the achievement of every child and member of staff;
- the ability to support, lead and inspire colleagues by example
- excellent interpersonal skills
- commitment to the Christian ethos of the Trust.
