Job Details

We are currently looking for a Neighbourhood Repairs Clerks (out of hours) to provide a high quality, customer focused service for the customers of the Asset Management & Maintenance Service. The successful applicant will be required to work on their own (without supervision) and deal with customer requests via a telephone for emergency repair requests.

You will be required to:

  • Possess the skills for the job
  • Work NIGHTS - Working a shift pattern, unsociable hours and overnight
  • Work weekends - Working a shift pattern, unsociable hours and weekends
  • Work Bank Holidays
  • Be customer focused
  • Work on your own

You will also be required to carry out day to day administration duties and work as part of the team when required. This will include all aspects of dealing with repairs and general office duties. Please see attached job description and personnel specification for further details.

Hours

1x WEEKENDS post - Working alternating Saturday & Sundays 07.45 till 20.00 (Average hours per week = 11.75 hours)
