Rubicon Leisure’s Forge Mill Museum & Bordesley Abbey Visitor Centre fosters the dynamic connections to the history and cultural traditions of the Borough of Redditch. The venue is focussing on a more commercial approach with educational to sustain its place as the heritage hub of the town. We are seeking a passionate, vibrant individual who can enhance the delivery team and build on and create community connections with our Town’s heritage through creative, interdisciplinary programs, exhibits, and publications. Rubicon Leisure seeks an experienced, collaborative and innovative individual who will put the customer first and strengthen the Museum's education and programming initiatives.
