Contract: Fixed Term (term time only)
Hours: 15 hours per week – 9.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
Pay Scale: Grade 5 Level 16 £6357 pro rata rate

The Croft Primary School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 2 child who need 1-2-1 support in order to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
The position will be directly linked to the child’s Special Educational Needs and as such will be a fixed term contract initially until the end of July 2019 when the post will be reviewed.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to motivate the child’s learning
- Experience of promoting positive behaviour
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work closely with the class teacher, parents and other staff
