Job Details

22.5 hours a week Mon - Friday, 10- 2.30. However some flexibility will be required depending on the demand of the service.

An opportunity has arisen within the Special Educational Needs/Disabilities Information, Advice & Support Service (SENDIASS) for a permanent Information Officer for 22.5 hours per week. The grade for this post is scale 4.

The post holder will be required to support families by providing comprehensive, accurate and impartial information and support on all matters  concerning SEND. As you will be the first point of   contact for SENDIASS enquires a good telephone manner is important. You will also be required to promote the service using a variety of channels   including social media in exciting and innovative ways. The post holder will also support the team manager with information management, performance reporting and communication activities relating to SENDIASS service work.
