Solihull Catering Service provides award winning meals in Solihull. Our Core business is School meals but we are proud to be providing a catering service at Park View Day Centre in Solihull.

Park View Centre provides support for individuals with a range of disabilities as well as respite for carers across the borough of Solihull and further afield. The centre has a team of well trained and enthusiastic staff who deliver a variety of activities.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a part time catering assistant to work in the kitchen that caters for approximately 50 service users daily, some with dietary requirements. You will assist with preparing and serving meals and refreshments to customers of Park View and there is also potential to provide hospitality to external customers.

To be successful in this role you will have previous catering experience and either hold a Level 2 Food Safety Qualification or have a willingness to work towards it.

As an effective communicator you will be approachable and be able to understand and respond to the diverse needs of our customers. You will be able to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills and have a flexible approach to work.
