This is an exciting opportunity to join apT, a pioneering public sector development consultancy, which is part of Telford & Wrekin Council. We deliver planning services from a team which includes such as Highways Development Control, Ecology, Conservation, Healthy Spaces and Urban Design. We deliver holistic and innovative solutions to all our customers

Joining our team as an Ecologist and Green Infrastructure Specialist you will have the passion and sensitivity to lead in the provision of specialist advice across all council functions, integrating biodiversity considerations into council strategies and decisions. You will also provide external ecological services to clients across the region, delivering a diverse range of projects.
We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding innovative and practical solutions which balance the needs of development and the needs of protected species, and green infrastructure, creating sustainable communities.
