With a strong commitment to making improvements and efficiencies, our forward looking and ambitious Council is recruiting for a Civic and Committee Services Manager who can embrace the use of new technology to ensure the demands of our customers are met both now and in the future.

You will be managing a small team responsible for providing support to all District Councillors and ensuring the Council’s public meetings meet the statutory requirements. Your team will also be responsible for supporting the Chairman of the Council undertaking their role as first citizen of the District.

You would need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work to deadlines, interpret legislation, have strong ICT and report writing skills.
