Temporary Level 2 / Level 1 Teaching Assistant

The Role

28.45 Hours per Week

Fixed term end date: 30 August 2019

This post is to start on Monday 18th March 2019.

Bournebrook CofE Primary School is a small rural primary school with committed staff, well behaved children and supportive parents and Governors. 

The role may include an additional hour per day midday supervision during the lunchtime period.

TA 1 salary £10,885 - £11,226 per annum

TA 2 salary £12,370 - £13,609 per annum

Key Requirements

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and hardworking teaching assistant, on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. 

The successful candidate will: 

• have experience in an EY setting 
• have experience of supporting early reading, phonics and number 
• have an understanding of the EYFS curriculum 
• be flexible and want to work as part of a successful team
• be willing to support the needs of all pupils, including medical needs following training 
• have good communication skills, both written and verbal
