Job Details
CHESS & Hatters Space are two large multi purpose community centres based in the heart of the community. The centres are open 7 days a week and you will be required to work across both centres with shifts worked on a rota basis.
The Role
25.0 Hours per Week
To undertake a range of tasks in support of the day to day requirements of the centres so that the service received by users is appropriate and to a high standard. Provide clerical administration support to the centre manager.
Key Requirements
We are looking for a professional, energetic and enthusiastic person who has a keen interest and commitment in working with the community. You will need to be able to provide great customer service, have good keyboard skills and be prepared to work flexibly. As you’ll be managing a variety of relationships with different centre users, it’s important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative.
Good organisational skills are key for this role and you should be used to working under pressure to meet deadlines allowing flexibility and resilience.
