Telecare Services Administrator, CCTV & Telecare Services
Redditch Borough Council, Post Ref: 70/868
Grade 4, £18,672 - £21,074 per annum (pro rata)
22 hours per week to include occasional/adhoc weekend working
Permanent Contract – open to job share if applicable
We have an exciting new vacancy for a Telecare Services Administrator who will deal with a range of enquiries and requests in line with the Telecare Service we provide. By joining our team you will be making a difference to the safety and security of our Clients, including some of the most vulnerable people.
As well as covering Bromsgrove and Redditch, our Telecare Service has also won contracts across the West Midlands. The position will be based at Redditch Town Hall but you may be required to travel within Redditch and Bromsgrove districts plus other outlying areas when necessary.

You will not be expected to have knowledge of Telecare Services as full training will be given. In a nutshell we want you to:
- Talk to potential and existing clients and their families on a daily basis.
- Promote the service and collect and record personal details.
- Raise invoices, create and update records on a variety of systems
- Carry out the admin required.
- Possibly travel across Bromsgrove, Redditch and outlying areas.
