All Saints C of E Primary School are looking for an LSP to support learning needs to join our team as soon as possible and initially for three terms.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of supporting and assisting learning in Key Stage one.
  • Have a good understanding of adapting methods and resources to support pupils with EHCP’s and other SEN.
  • Have good questioning skills and be enthusiastic about interacting with young people.
  • Be able to adjust planning and approach to promote rapid progress in learners.
  • Have a commitment to working in teams and sharing good practice
  • Have a commitment to maintaining our positive ethos and values
  • Be patient, organised, and motivated
  • Be able to demonstrate their own high standards and family values

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
