Scale 3 £14,261 - £15,061
35 hours per week
Term time plus one additional week a year for PD days
Teagues Bridge Primary School is seeking to appoint friendly, adaptable and enthusiastic Administrator from February 2019. We are looking for someone who has a positive and forward thinking mindset, is flexible and can think outside the box. They must have a good understanding of the financial side of the business, be able to priorities tasks, communicate effectively with parents, prepare and liaise with HR regarding contracts etc.
Be responsible for payroll systems.

- Has effective skills and knowledge in ICT
- Has a successful history of working within a primary school setting.
- Is flexible and forward thinking and can think out of the box and be creative, whilst at the same time meeting the needs of the school.
- Willingness to develop their own knowledge, understanding and practice within the administrators role
- Must be flexible.
- Ability to plan and develop systems
- Work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities.
- Has the ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.
- Can undertake the administration of payroll systems.
- Monitor and manage stock within an agreed budget.
- Undertake complex financial administration procedures
- Manage expenditure within an agreed budget
- Has NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification
- Has very good Numeracy and Literacy skills.
- Communicate with agencies and all stakeholders
- Complete and submit complex forms.
- Input data for the DfE.
- A warm, friendly and supportive staff.
- An effective induction package to ensure that you have all the support needed to be successful at our school.
- Well behaved children who will appreciate the support you can offer
- Quality CPD to ensure you are able to further develop your role.
