3 days a week (term time only for 38 weeks) for 3–6 months - immediate start.
Providing comprehensive HR support to managers and staff across the school and provide direction and support to the HR Assistant to cover the temporary absence of the HR Manager over 3 days a week during term time.
You will need a good understanding of HR practice and employment law, and ideally be CIPD qualified with knowledge of employment in the education sector.
