Job Details
Join Birmingham Children’s Trust as a Senior Practitioner and you’ll find everything designed to help you do the job you’ve always been passionate about. Because we’re focused on children’s safety and wellbeing and nothing else, you’ll be free to do the same.
You’ll play a lead role on our relationship-based, family-led practice model, running a complex caseload, and providing technical and professional expertise, mentoring and quality assurance to less experienced colleagues.
We’ll also look to you to front a joined up approach, encouraging robust partnerships with other service teams and outside agencies, plus the police, health, schools and voluntary organisations.
