The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Deputy Headteacher, who is a practising Catholic, to work with the new head teacher and make a substantial contribution to the leadership and management of our school.
The successful candidate will:
- be a practising Catholic with a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and vision of the school
- be an outstanding classroom practitioner who engages and enthuses children
- demonstrate a clear desire for enabling progress and inspiring colleagues in raising standards
- be highly motivated with proven leadership skills
- recognise, support, utilise and develop the skills of all staff
- have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, challenge and motivate staff and children
- can support the Headteacher in the strategic role of raising our standards of achievement – both academically and pastorally
