The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Deputy Headteacher, who is a practising Catholic, to work with the new head teacher and make a substantial contribution to the leadership and management of our school.

The successful candidate will:

  • be a practising Catholic with a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and vision of the school
  • be an outstanding classroom practitioner who engages and enthuses children
  • demonstrate a clear desire for enabling progress and inspiring colleagues in raising standards
  • be highly motivated with proven leadership skills
  • recognise, support, utilise and develop the skills of all staff
  • have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, challenge and motivate staff and children
  • can support the Headteacher in the strategic role of raising our standards of achievement – both academically and pastorally
