The Development Management team is responding positively to increased economic activity in Herefordshire and is seeking to recruit Graduate Planning Officers to play a vital role in delivering a high quality service. As a forward thinking unitary authority we continue to train our own planning officers with a variety of work, previous graduates have recently been successful at internal promotions to Senior Level. Working in one of the General Applications Teams you will be responsible for a diverse and interesting caseload covering historic urban environments and truly outstanding countryside. You should be either a member or working towards membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute and have the ability to travel around the county.

We work in modern air conditioned offices and offer excellent mentoring of new officers.
