Working Pattern

Following a period of growth we have a vacancy within our Building Control team for a suitably experienced individual to operate in the capacity of a Building Control Assistant.  The team is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of Building Control functions across a vibrant City with a breadth of sectors and technically diverse projects.    

We are committed to providing a leading edge service in a flexible and customer focused manner and candidates must be able to demonstrate developed customer care skills along with an ability to foster and develop positive client relationships.

An ability to work flexibly with technology is essential and applicants should hold a valid driving licence along with the necessary mobility to carry out site inspection services.

Applicants will need to be in possession of either a ONC/D, BTEC or equivalent qualification in a building related subject and be able to demonstrate experience of working within a Building Control or construction environment.


Working Hours:  37.0 Hours per Week
