1 x 37 hours post (rotational shifts to include bank holidays and weekends)

2 x 25 hours (rotational shifts to include bank holidays and weekends)

Pay Scale:  SCP 36 – 38  (32,233 – 34,106 per annum) plus 20% enhancement for out of hours working.

Worcestershire is currently further developing its Acute Care Pathway to radically look at how we provide services to the people of our County and now is an excellent time to join this progressive organisation and be part of something new.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our 24hr Countywide Integrated Crisis Resolution Team which provides support to people who present in crisis or those with a severe and enduring mental illness within Worcestershire. 

The team acts as a single point of access for urgent same day assessments from a variety of referral sources.

The applicant is required to work countywide undertaking both Mental Health assessments and Mental Health Act assessments when required.  The successful applicant will be required to undertake flexible working over a 7 day period (inclusive of waking nights). The applicant must have a current Approved Mental Health Professional registration and be willing to undertake subsequent training to fulfill roles and responsibilities for personal and professional development.

The team are well-established, supportive and dynamic with excellent clinical and risk assessment skills which will allow further professional development whilst augmenting expertise already possessed.

Staff are provided with regular formal and informal supervision and will be part of a multi-disciplinary team.
