30 Hours per week – Permanent

The Adult Safeguarding Enquiry Team (ASET) is a dynamic and forward thinking team based within a multi agency environment.  The role of Safeguarding Practitioner  is to conduct Section 42 (safeguarding) enquiries for high risk and complex cases, ensuring that the adult’s views and wishes are at the centre of the work we do. The right applicant will need to have exceptional organisational, risk assessment and recording skills to be able to appropriately address enquiries in this busy and fast paced team

 A sound knowledge of safeguarding legislation and policies, and a broader knowledge of adult social care is essential as well as a passion and commitment to working with other agencies to achieve outcomes. In return you will develop your skills and knowledge of adult social care and wider safeguarding practices in an exceptionally supportive team.
