Learning Support Practitioner Level 3 - Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy

Maternity Cover from March 2019

This successful candidate will work as part of the SEN/Inclusion Team within our Academy, to cover the maternity leave of the substantive postholder. We welcome applications from dedicated, professional people who meet the person specification. 

The LSP3 will support students in maximising their potential. The successful candidate will have the qualifications and skills to accelerate the learning of students who have been identified as underachieving, as a result of particular barriers to learning. 

OSCA is a welcoming academy, which has benefitted from a major re-build and refurbishment programme. This has created exciting, new and well-equipped learning spaces. We are increasingly becoming the academy of choice in our community; and are full and oversubscribed once again. 

We are in very close proximity to Birmingham city centre with excellent transport links by car, bus and train and just a few minutes from Junction 2 of the M5.

Band D SCP 20-25 (£19,819 - £23,111) pro rata plus SEN allowance
