We are currently recruiting for;
A Parking Services & CCTV Technician
This post will suit an enthusiastic individual who thrives on variety, works well within a team environment and independently. Working in a busy front line service the successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks and assist with the timely delivery of different projects.
With excellent time management skills the successful candidate will have the ability to be flexible, adapt and react positively to new and changing situations.
To provide administrative, clerical and project management support to a busy Parking Services and CCTV Team.
To be successful in this role you should be;
Competent with a variety of IT based systems and a willingness work with bespoke packages.
Effective communicator at various levels, both in writing and orally; with a sympathetic and tactful manner.
Liaise with a variety of stakeholders and to assist with the maintenance of car parking and CCTV equipment by dealing with suppliers and contractors.
Providing support for special events that involve the Parking and CCTV Teams respectively.
Previous experience of dealing with people face to face, over the telephone and in writing.
Experience of using MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Experience of providing support on projects.
Ability to work independently as well as work and share ideas in a team environment.
Keeping staff rotas up to date and planning ahead to ensure sufficient cover in all service areas.
