Job title: Secretary / PA to Director
(Fixed Term - 12 months)
Hours: 37 hours - Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Salary: Pre April 2019 - Band E (£23,866- £28,221) (12.37 - £14.63 per hour)
From April 2019 - Band E (24,313 - £28,785) (£12.60 - £14.92 per hour)

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic PA/Executive Support professional who is experienced in diary management, is able to deal with high volumes of work, can work well within a team as well as with minimum supervision.
You will play a key role in driving the fast pace of change and ensuring transparency and accountability of activity across the organisation. You will demonstrate a track record of successful delivery, the required skills and experience; and perform to a high standard in a challenging environment.
You will be an experienced PA, who has worked with elected members, directors/senior managers or people in positions of authority.
You must hold GCSE Maths and English or equivalent along with OCR/RSA II in Typing/Word processing or equivalent.
