We are currently recruiting for; 

Senior Civil Enforcement Officer

To provide supervisory and administrative functions relating to front line parking operations.

To maintain all car parks to a good standard; ensuring all locations retain the coveted BPA Park Mark award.


To assist in managing, developing, and monitoring CEOs.

To ensure all CEOs provide a high quality service to customers and are adequately trained to deal with day to day operations of a busy parking service.




We would like you to Maximise productivity, providing an efficient and cost effective service; ensuring quality is not compromised.

Work in partnership with a variety of stakeholders such as the Police, store managers, CCTV, and security personnel.

Responsibility for the maintenance and production of parking operation manuals and procedures.

To patrol and supervise all car parks.

To ensure all parking equipment is maintained to a high standard.

Essential skills and Experience needed

Previous supervisory experience in a service-based organisation in contact with the general public.

Experience in dealing with a variety of internal and external agencies, tactfully and sympathetically under stressful conditions.

Ability to use a variety of technology associated with the job.

Able to effectively communicate orally and in writing clearly and concisely.

Ability to manage a variety of priorities with limited resources.

Possession of a full driving licence.
