The Role

Key Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who may be interested in pursuing a career in teaching. We are a partnership school in the Schools Direct Programme and will offer support and guidance to any suitable post holders with their career development, and there may be an opportunity to join this programme in September 2019. In fact, many of our Cover Supervisors have gone on to qualify as teachers through this route, having developed a range of teaching and behavioural management techniques and skills in the Cover Supervisor role. 
We expect successful candidates to possess excellent communication skills at all levels, along with the ability to engage constructively with, and relate to, a wide range of young people from different backgrounds.
