Principal Lunchtime Supervisor
£16863 - £18672 (pro rata)
10 hours per week (term time only)
Post to commence: March 2019
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring individual to lead our lunchtime team.
Along with the normal lunchtime duties, you will help to ensure that the children are safe, secure and in a caring and happy environment.
Your duties will include:
- Supervising and managing a team of lunchtime supervisors
- Ensuring children are safe, happy and well behaved during the lunchtime period
- Supervising, playing with and helping the children outside on the playground or in the classrooms on rainy days.
- Feeding back to the line manager and senior leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the Academy at lunchtime.
- Adhering to the Academy’s safe guarding and health and safety policies and procedures.
As this job relies heavily on good communication skills, applicants will need to demonstrate a good level of ability and understanding in the use of English, other languages would be an advantage.
