We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, qualified surveyor to join a small, dedicated team, managing the Council's commercial property portfolio, undertaking acquisitions and disposals, and providing property and valuation advice and guidance to support delivery of services, projects and initiatives across the Borough
A degree qualification in Estate Management (or equivalent subject).
Full membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Valuation or Commercial Property Faculty).
Be able to use Estate/Asset Management computer software and the Microsoft Office package of computer software.
Skills and Experience;
You will hold an appropriate qualification and have experience in undertaking valuations, disposals and acquisitions of land and property. Previous experience in acquisitions under Compulsory Purchase powers would be an advantage
