Fostering Review Officer
Fostering is a central service with two bases, one in Warwick and one in Bedworth. We assess and support all fostering carers including mainstream, connected persons and Special guardianship carers. We have committed managers and staff and are a friendly and supportive team.
37.0 Hours per Week
The Fostering Review Officer (FRO) role was created approx 2 years ago. The role is vital and offers objectivity to the foster home review process. The FRO quality assures all reports, ensures professionals and children have shared their views, decides if the report goes to Fostering panel or the Agency Decision Maker (ADM) and pulls together themes and patterns for the service. The FRO also offers telephone discussions or visits to foster carers.
We are looking for an individual with a good understanding of fostering and the fostering panel process.
