The Role
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, enthusiastic, committed individual who has the motivation and passion to join our trust.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have substantial, proven administrative experience.
- Can demonstrate excellent Finance and IT skills.
- Have the ability to work in partnership with other professionals, parents, governors, other schools and the wider community.
- Have accurate literacy skills.
- Can demonstrate the ability to work as an effective team leader and member.
- Show a commitment to professional standards and the Safeguarding agenda.
Key Requirements
- NVQ3 or equivalent
- Minimum GSCE English and Maths Grade A-C
- Word Processing and Excel to OCR L2
- In depth understanding of administrative procedures
- Financial procedures including Petty Cash, Invoicing, Monitoring and producing financial reports, payments and receipts
- Able to remain calm under pressure, prioritise workload to meet deadlines and seek appropriate solutions
