Dudley Council has exciting plans to develop its approach to Commercialism and Procurement. We are creating a brand new service to support the Councils Traded services and Procurement. The new service has set itself challenging standards and is looking to recruit some outstanding individuals.

We are seeking a proficient, project style Personal Assistant to provide a pro-active, comprehensive, efficient, accurate and confidential executive and administrative support to the Chief Officer for Commercial and Procurement.

Hours: 37 per week

Location: The Council House, Priory Road Dudley

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar busy, fast paced, high pressured role, providing executive support to a senior officer of a large organisation and supervision of lower level admin staff. They must be able to demonstrate effective working practices and have extensive experience of managing diaries with minimal supervision.
