Fixed-term Contract for 2 Years

Our Asset Management Team is changing and is bringing in additional people and systems to transform the way we do business providing services to our customers, both internal and external.

We are looking for people to help us by providing a range of administrative support to the Assets Team and to ensure that record keeping and data management systems are efficient and effective.

You will also assist in the transition from manual, paper based processes to digital and automated ones so you must be able to organise you daily work in order to address the varying priorities that arise from a wide range of tasks and deadlines.

This is an interesting and varied role and we need people who are dynamic and committed to helping us transform the way we operate asset management within the Council.

We are looking for people with a minimum two years’ experience in an administrative environment and preferably at least BTEC National in Administration or GCSE’s in English and Mathematics together with experience of extracting and collating information to provide management reports
