Oxhey is located near the semi-rural village of Biddulph which is easily accessible from Stoke or Newcastle. The school has a talented team of teachers and support staff and is full of 260 well-behaved and enthusiastic children.
We seek an excellent, skilled, creative and proactive teaching assistant for our school. Our children deserve the best!

The successful candidate will be appointed initially to cover a Summer Term vacancy in KS1 but may then be subject to move to any Key Stage throughout the school.

We are looking for:

. A hardworking and dedicated individual with at least NVQ3
. Experience of working to support Key Stage 1 and 2
. Someone who is willing to go above and beyond for the children in their care.
. An excellent working knowledge of the National Curriculum at Key Stage 1 and 2
. An ability to work as part of a team

Visits to school are encouraged and can be arrange by telephoning the school office.

Shortlisting Date: Monday 25th February. Shortlisted candidates' references will be sought.

Interview Date: Friday 1st March
