Group 2 – Salary range L15 to L21

Currently 228 children on roll (two form entry and 50 place Nursery), Woodlands Infant School in Shirley Solihull is seeking to appoint from September 2019 an experienced, innovative and driven leader.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

• Is an inspirational leader with the ability to formulate a clear strategy to drive our school further by raising pupil attainment and instilling an ethos of continuous improvement

• Is passionate about maintaining and further developing creative and outstanding teaching and learning

• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and will use these to further develop and maintain strong relationships with parents/carers and the wider community

• Has proven leadership and management capability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve the highest possible standards
