Academy Reprographics Assistant
(Required As Soon As Possible)
Salary: £11,642.99 - £13,926.43 (Grade 3/4) Dependent on current role, qualifications and experience.
30 hours per week (with some evenings by arrangement). Term time only.
The Governors wish to appoint a Reprographics Assistant, as soon as possible. The person appointed will be required to work in a busy environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive person who can work with a team of staff in order to maximise and promote the highest standards of the administration within the Academy, to ensure the most effective use of administration in support of the Academy’s learning objectives. Organisational and motivational skills are essential to this post.
The successful applicant will possess the ability to use relevant reprographics equipment such as photocopier/laminator, have good communication skills, ICT knowledge and be able to work on their own initiative. Prospective candidates are advised to study the person specification and job description carefully.
