Northfield Road Primary is a two-form entry community school of over 400 pupils based in the heart of Netherton in Dudley. The school is currently undergoing an exciting period of change with a strong, focused leadership and a dedicated and passionate team of staff who, together with our pupils, parents/carers and governors, will be sharing in a journey together to convert to academy status in the near future.

We currently have two vacancies for Midday Supervisory Assistants and are seeking to appoint caring, friendly individuals, who are able to work as part of a team, supervising and interacting with pupils during the lunchtime.

Duties include supervising and supporting the children, both in the dining room and the playground, assisting and overseeing games and activities, supervising indoors when wet weather prevents outdoor play, administration of basic first aid. Training will be provided.

You will need to have a flexible approach to the needs of the school, enjoy working with children and have an understanding of their needs.

 

Hours:                           6.25 hours per week

                                     11.50am to 1.05pm daily, Monday to Friday

                                                          

Actual Salary:               £2,395 to £2,432 (term time 39 weeks under five years’ service)   

                                     Grade 2, Points 7 - 9
