Job Details

The successful candidate must be well organised, efficient and able to maintain confidentiality at all times, possess excellent ICT skills including Microsoft Office, SIMS, FMS. The successful candidate will have the ability to use initiative when dealing with the day to day running of a busy school office.

This important post offers an excellent opportunity to work in a good school with friendly, supportive colleagues and we require a genuine team player.

Applicants need to be reliable and adaptable, with a positive approach to their role.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:
• Finance, budget setting and monitoring.
• Reviewing SLAs.
• Dealing with HR and Payroll.

Working Pattern:

Required as soon as possible 

This is a fixed term contract until August 2019.

37 hours per week, 38 weeks plus 3 weeks per year

Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Friday  8:30 am - 4 pm
