Job Details

Dudley MBC Telecare Service provides an installation and monitoring service to vulnerable people living in the Borough of Dudley. The service operates 24hours a day, 365 days a year and we are seeking a full time permanent Community Alarm Officer to join our service.

To work 37 hours as part of a team operating a 24 hour/7 day Dudley Telecare Service. This will involve working days, evenings and night shifts as part of a rolling Rota. We also provide a high quality service to tenants in all aspects of Housing, including the logging of emergency repairs

We are looking to appoint a Community Alarm Officer who is dedicated to providing a high quality service. You will need to demonstrate experience of working with vulnerable client groups. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

The successful candidate will be expected to have a knowledge of issues relating to the individual / carer’s health and social needs.

You will receive job specific training, on going support and regular supervision. The ethos within our team is a commitment to provide a safe, sound and supportive service, which embraces the holistic approach of support. We are a TSA Platinum approved organisation offering an excellent and high quality service.
