We are seeking to appoint a highly professional and competent individual to deliver a comprehensive and confidential administrative service to the Headteacher and Governing Body at Stoke Park School.

Utilising your excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills you will provide efficient and effective support to the Headteacher’s Office, including diary management, receiving internal and external telephone calls, visitors and correspondence, dealing with enquiries and arranging meetings and hospitality.

You will be committed to building brighter futures and will liaise with parents, staff, Governors, Trustees and external agencies on behalf of the Headteacher; representing the Headteacher’s Office and supporting a range of activities including organising events, co-ordinating admissions arrangements and ensuring that school policies are up to date.

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience of successfully carrying out relevant administrative activities along with high level note taking and word processing skills, and will possess both a relevant level 3 qualification and GCSE’s grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

This is a full time post requiring a flexible approach to working hours, including occasional work during evenings and school holidays with advance notification. Relevant experience of working in an education context is preferred but not essential.

Work Pattern
Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week
term time only plus 1 week (39 weeks)
