We are looking for that special person to lead and develop our school further into the new decade to build upon the many successes achieved to date. Crestwood Park Primary School is a GOOD school where nurture and aspiration for excellence goes hand in hand. We are part of the MITA programme and have just completed/received the Well-Being mark last term.

Start date: September 2019

Crestwood Park Primary School is a small, one entry school in Kingswinford, West Midlands. We are seeking to appoint a new Head Teacher to start in September 2019 as our current Head Teacher will be retiring at the end of this Summer term.

We are seeking an inspirational leader with commitment and vision to continue our journey of inspiring to offer an outstanding education to all its pupils and to support and lead our talented staff. We are a family school that strives to work with other schools and be part of the community at large.

We are looking for a strategic and effective leader who:

  • Has a proven track record as a Headteacher, deputy head or assistant headteacher;
  • Has high expectations for the progress of every pupil, whatever their starting point;
  • Motivates and inspires staff and pupils to be ‘the best they can be to achieve all they deserve’;
  • Able to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
  • Has awareness and understanding of ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ and all its demands placed upon schools.
