Learning & Development

Coaching and mentoring is used to develop individual skills, knowledge and confidence while e-learning is used to support personal responsibility and a blended approach to learning.

In addition, a welcome day is held with the Chief Executive for all new recruits, we support professional memberships and invest in Management Development initiatives to develop current, new and potential managers for the future. We believe in 'on the job’ learning and encourage our staff to complete NVQs which provide a practical and flexible approach to learning that meets both individual and business objectives.

We also encourage individuals to put forward their ideas and challenge existing practices where there’s scope for improvement.
