The Role

30.0 Hours per Week

Oak Wood Primary and Secondary Schools form Central England Academy Trust and are special schools sharing a
purpose built building. The schools cater for 3 – 19 year olds with a wide range of needs including PMLD, SLD, MLD, ASD and complex learning difficulties.

30 hours per week (with the potential for increase) Term Time Only plus 3 weeks
Salary Band H Scale Point 25 -28 Hours of work will be 30 and flexible

Key Requirements

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, innovative and skilled HR Officer to join our MAT Support Team. The post will be based in the Secondary School but duties will be undertaken across the Trust, supporting at present our two schools.

The HR Officer will be expected to be able to work independently as well as being a team player and well versed when it comes to HR matters, experience within education or a school setting would be desirable. You will be the first point of contact for most HR related queries, so having the ability to communicate well with staff as well as managing and prioritising workload in a busy environment is a must.
