HEADTEACHER - OXHEY FIRST SCHOOL (260 ON ROLL)

£48,687- £60,755 per annum (Subject to Teachers Pay and Conditions)
Group 2, L9-=18 (Starting point will reflect experience)
Required for September 2019
We are looking to appoint a dynamic, well-motivated, inspirational leader to the role of Headteacher at Oxhey.

We are looking for someone who:
* Will work in partnership with pupils, staff, families, the Multi Academy Trust and the wider community to build on the school's success.
* Has the skills, attitude and ability to lead, inspire and motivate others to a higher level
* Is committed to raising standards for all pupils.
* Has excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with children and adults
* A positive and flexible approach to challenge and change combined with the business acumen to manage ever tightening budgets.
*Has a positive approach to using technology within the curriculum to enhance children's learning
* Has experience of teaching children of varying abilities from foundation through to key stage 2.
* Has vision, energy and enthusiasm and a caring nature when required
